Your mind is your most precious asset. Your mind is your essence and you need to protect it. Unfortunately, as creatives, we tend to have this nasty tendency to overwork ourselves. And while we don’t set out with this intention, it is something that plagues a lot of us at one point. We get to a point where we have exhausted ourselves because we have spent every moment dedicating ourselves to our passion, which is amazing, but no one can sustain that forever. We have to give ourselves a break and refill our creativity. We have to listen to our bodies and our minds and refill our passion for life. Only when our mind is taken care of will we be able to do our best work.
